I'm Dionne Roache-Beckford, RN, Founder and Administrator of Consano Home Care. I started Consano with one goal: to bring RN-led, compassionate, and truly personalized care to families who want the very best for their loved ones—especially those living with Alzheimer's and other dementias.

As a Registered Nurse, I've seen how the right support at home can restore dignity, reduce hospital stays, and ease the emotional load on families.
